Boxed 150th Anniversary Shirt
As part of the association’s 150th-anniversary celebrations, the Scottish FA has released a special edition shirt to commemorate this historic landmark. This boxed shirt was available in two variants, the first of which contains the 150th Anniversary shirt on its own. The second variant contains the shirt and is accompanied by a commemorative coin and a miniature blended malt whisky. Only 873 of this variant of the boxed shirts were available.
Which, I designed during my time at Pusterla Pollards, following the design from concept to production.
Below are some of the initial starting points of the rigid box, created in Adobe Illustrator. Most of the liner designs feature patterns I created to be fully functional repeat patterns, meaning the design can be easily adjusted to any size/layout.
The final design was matte laminated on uncoated paper, with a touch of spot UV on the crest and thistle icon, boosting the metallic effect of the Scottish FA's logo.
